Privacy Statement

From time to time the Business Wyong conducts/takes part in business surveys, educational programs, the distribution of newsletters and e-letters, the compilation of business directories etc. Our membership list is also available to financial members of the Chamber – ‘another benefit of Business Wyong members.

Under the Privacy (Amendment) Act 2001, we are required to seek permission from our members to use their business details in the above mentioned, and similar Chamber activities.

Privacy Declaration: All subscriptions are for a 12 month period. Please note, Applicants shall become Members if elected by resolution of the Business Wyong Board on receipt of the prescribed subscription fee. The Association reserves the right to reject any application for membership without giving reason. *
